How to use:

As supplements :
Add and dilute 7 - 10 drops to a glass of drinking water or juice preferably morning before breakfast and at night, after your evening meal.
( Fruit Juice is Best if you have trouble with taste.) Give it a gentle shake or stir before drinking.

To boost your daily drink:
Ocean Minerals are electrolytes and help rehydrate and boost energy during your busy or stressful work and/or after sport, the gym etcetera. 
For this add and dilute 5 - 7 drops to every glass of water or juice you drink even throughout the day. This will make a perfect electrolyte drink.

You may take upto 5ml ( approx. 100 drops) divided to 6 glasses or 8 glasses per day diluted to drinking water or juice if necessary.
Mineral drops were designed to be taken throughout the day and at times of high physical activity.

Children: add 2-3 drops per day in water, fruit juice or milk.

Remember that Ocean Minerals are heavier than water, so if you are going to let your mineralized water sit, give it a gentle shake or stir before drinking.

Mabilis dumating ang order ko, kya nasubukukan ko agad. OMG! ganun ba talaga kabilis ang effect masakit din kasi ulo that time, Bigla tlga nawala ang sakit after ko uminom ng tubig na meron 5 drops ng ocean minerlas. Salamat talag!
